$0.00

Antonyuk v. James (“Antonyuk II”) started its Motion for Temporary Restraining Order/Preliminary Injunction, won a partial preliminary injunction from Judge Suddaby in the NDNY on 10.06.2022, won a partial affirmation at the Second Circuit on 12.08.2024, filed a petition for writ of certiorari to SCOTUS, was granted cert, but was remanded to the Second Circuit for further proceedings consistent with a different (unrelated) case that went to full opinion, submitted Supplemental Briefings to the Second Circuit on 09.04.2024, and NOW has received its second ruling of the Second Circuit, affirming in part and denying in part the NDNY preliminary injunction of Judge Suddaby.

It’s another 246-page decision, but here it is, FREE for you to download.

Briefing Memo 1.0 covered the first Second Circuit decision in detail. The Briefing Memos are designed to supplement the CCIA Handbook.

Because this second decision so closely mirrors the first, you may anticipate I will put out a Briefing Memo 1.1 within the next couple of weeks.
