FBI e-mail #3 to FFLs in NY 09.07.2023
This appears to be the third of five FBI e-mails of similar content. Note, however, in comparison to the earlier: the name of the FBI-NICS Liaison was removed and a “keep a secret” style language appears beneath the signature block. The e-mail addresses were exposed on the original of this e-mail. I have redacted into court-admissible format. It is not a complete list of e-mails for FFLs in NY. The first two of the five FBI e-mails were not received by all dealers, or even by all plaintiffs in our lawsuit of Gazzola v. Hochul. The fourth e-mail on 09.08.2023, which also had exposed e-mail addresses, appears a much more comprehensive list. The fifth e-mail of this morning 09.09.2023 was, again, sent to only some FFLs.
