"Ask for Ashli" FOIA form letter

Here is a 1-page FOIA form letter to request the records of the United States Capitol Police on the shooting death of Ashli Babbitt at the U.S. Capitol on January 6, 2021 by USCP Officer Michael Byrd. Will you please print, sign, and mail this demand to the USCP?
