On October 15, 2021, the Washington, D.C. Office of the Chief Medical Examiner responded to my FOIA request for records of Ashli Babbitt and four additional decedents on January 6, 2021 at the U.S. Capitol. This file includes my FOIA request, the e-mail cover letter from OCME, and the OCME file of 81-pages. The three documents are combined into one file for ease of transmission.
As always, I urge your respect of records of these and any decedent.
